Online Purchase
We accept returns within 3 days after delivery for online purchase! Product must be in their original packaging in order to be returned or exchanged.
A couple of things to note: Living products, fresh & frozen products are non-refundable. While some are only valid for exchanges only. Feel free to reach out to us and we will try our best to make it right for you. Accessories and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
For any refund or exchange request please contact us before bringing the product to the store as some products we may not take it back.
In-store Purchase
For general merchandise, if customers are not satisfied with the product, we are pleased to offer exchange or refund with product in original package and the receipt within seven (7) days of purchase.
Gift cards, frozen/fresh foods, and all living products are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How long will be return or exchange take?
By Mail:
As we take extra measures to make sure our shipping facilities and partners are safe, please note that your returns or exchanges may take us slightly longer than usual to process (10-14 business days). We appreciate your patience!
In-Store:
Exchange can be processed right away. Refund may take up to 7 business days to show up in your statement.
